Old North End

Old North End is a prestigious area north of downtown Colorado Springs - There is a mix of mansions with bungalows and sizes in between - If you are looking for a home with history, these homes were built turn of the century (late 1800s) - The area was called Millionaires' Row because the gold miners and wealthiest residents built their mansions here as well as in the Broadmoor area - There is a very active HOA (oldnorthend.org) which preserves the integrity of the architectural look of the homes, as well as the safety of the sidewalks and improvements such as unique street signage and antique street lights - It is a lovely area on the east side of Monument Valley Park with tree-shaded streets - A good walking area and a history heaven!
